The subject requirement is for the acquisition of the NSN 6135-014938794. This will be solicited as an Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract containing a 1-year base period and1 1-year option period shall not exceed 2 years. NSNs are now part of the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program, which is Government, arranged commercial transportation will be used in lieu of supplier provided transportation. Suppliers will register with DLA's Vendor Shipment Module (VSM). When ready to ship, supplier will request a pick-up in VSM.
