NSN 2520016242240 (TORQUE CONVERTER,VE) is being considered for addition to either AM General contract SPE7LX-20-D-0222 or contract SPE7LX-21-D-0013 in accordance with Procurement Note L27- Addition/Deletion of Items. A sources sought notice is required when using only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).This item is sole source to AM General (34623). This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). No RFP will be issued as it is anticipated that this NSN will be added to an existing contract.
