The scope of this acquisition is for a firm fixed price, FAR Part 13.5; Indefinite Delivery Contract for the procurement of NSN 1005251600299 - ADAPTER, GUN MOUNTING, NSN 1005251600345 - DEFLECTOR, LINK-CARTRIDGE, NSN 1010251506504 - CATCH BAG, CARTRIDGE, NSN 2540251603159 - ARMOR, SUPPLEMENTAL, NSN 5945251600310 - SOLENOID, ELECTRICAL. The Government is pursuing a long-term contract, for the duration of a three (3) year base period and two (2), one-year options. Options are exercised at the discretion of the government. The total duration based plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the Request for Proposal (RFP). This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or around June 27, 2022.
