NSN 100501042982 (BOLT, BREECH) DLA Land and Maritime is considering a future solicitation(s), and subsequent award, of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC/LTC) for the item(s) listed below. The resultant IQC/LTC could potentially range from 3 to 5 years in length. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved source is: AO PRECISION MANUFACTURING LLC 077H9 P/N 11691422 Vermont Aerospace Industries, LLC 1GUP7 P/N 11691422 MCNALLY INDUSTRIES, LLC 96953 P/N 11691422 GENERAL DYNAMICS-OTS, INC. 05606 P/N 11691422 Please provide any adddtional sources that may be able to manufacture these items. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Interested persons may identify to the contracting o?icer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. In order to make a commercial determination, we would need su?icient documentation to support commerciality. Types of commercial documentation: 1. Un-redacted commercial sales history (i.e. invoices documenting sales to commercial customers). 2. Of-a-Type items- su?icient technical documentation to demonstrate / show: -Direct traceability from modified item to item that meets definition part 1 or 2 -Integrated production line, little di?erentiation between commercial & Gov’t items. -Similar characteristic and manufacturing process for Gov’t unique item & comparable commercial item
