Maximum of the contract (including option): $8,650,553.66. The objective of this procurement is to place the items in a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) long-term contract (LTC) of a maximum of five (5) years, divided into one 3-year base contract and two 1-year options. Option years are to be opted at the discretion of the Government. The total duration of the contract shall not exceed five (5) years. The Government will solicit the acquisition under FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The procurement is NOT set aside for small businesses. The Government will solicit other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Available from only one or a limited number of sources. This procurement requires the submittal of a subcontracting plan, if the vendor is NOT a small business. Multiple vendors can be awarded. The Government will consider split awards.
