The FSC of this requirement is 2540. Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract will have a three-year base period and two 1 year options. The total duration shall not exceed 5 years. This IQC requirement is being solicited as Other Than full and Open Competition based on 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) – Available from only one or a limited number of sources.50% set-aside and 50% Non-set-aside.
