This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is for market research only. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this notice and no contract shall be awarded based on the responses. This is not a solicitation for quotes or proposals, but a solicitation may be issued at a later date. No reimbursements will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to the Sources Sought or any follow-up information requests. The United States Air Force, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB) has been tasked to identify potential sources, market capabilities, and market conditions for the acquisition of Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Design Capabilities. Specifically, we are looking for firms that are capable of coming onto the installation, and developing designs for specific customers, their conference rooms, and their specific VTC needs. We are also looking for said vendors to provide us with their market expertise in the form of recommendations as to how a contract vehicle supporting this requirement should be structured in regards to the line items (CLINs). Interested and capable commercial sources are being sought to determine capability to perform this service for DMAFB. The following information is requested; Capability Statement Proposed CLIN Structure The North American Industry Classification System is 334310 – Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing All submittals received will be reviewed for informational purposes. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the responses to this Sources Sought. Responses are to be emailed to TSgt C.
