SOURCES SOUGHT, NO SOLICITATION EXISTS This SOURCES SOUGHT (SS) notice is for Market Research purposes ONLY. This information will be used to determine the availability of contractors capable of meeting the Government’s minimum requirements. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL (FLCJ) is seeking to determine whether there are potentially qualified SMALL BUSINESS concerns such as: small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disable veteran-owned small business, HubZone small business, small disadvantage business and women-owned small businesses that are capable of providing warehouse operations and acting as central receiving point for the base, storing and issuing material including off-loading, tallying, inspecting, handling and stowing of material. Other support related to the warehouse operations include receipt processing and packing/crating as well as the coordination of shipping and transportation as described in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). The performance of the required services location is NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLCJ) Detachment Corpus Christi, Texas. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation to bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential Offerors for market research purposes only and to determine whether to set-aside the requirement for SMALL BUSINESS such as: Small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns. The NAICS Code is: 493110 General Warehousing and Storage. For a Description/Scope of Work: refer to the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement. (Subject to Change). It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, with a Product Service Code (PSC) of M1GZ Operations Of Other Warehouse Buildings, and NAICS Code of 493110 with a size standard of $30.0 million. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Responses to this Sources Sought notice shall not exceed five (5) pages and shall be prepared using Times New Roman font no smaller than 12 point. The Capabilities Statement shall include: A cover page containing the Company’s Name, Address, CAGE Code, DUNS number, Years in Business, Affiliate Information, Parent Company, Joint Venture Partners, NAICS code 493110, Business Size/Socio-economic Status, Government Business Point-of-Contact Name, Phone Number, and Email Address. Provide a statement of past and current ability to meet all Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) requirements for access to military sites/property/ installations. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought notice or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation package will be accepted, as this is not a solicitation. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) will not be provided and no appointments for presentation will be made.
