Integrated GOTS/NDI Systems and COTS Modular Enablers & Building Blocks

Notice ID:CHORUS26

The Air Force Research Laboratory’s Tech Transition Office (AFRL/RR), with the Information and Spectrum Warfare Directorate (AFRL/RI), is seeking industry information to assess domestic market capabilities and identify qualified vendors for collaboration. AFRL is investigating technologies compact enough for Group 2–3 unmanned aircraft systems, focusing on two pathways. The first covers existing GOTS or NDI radar electronic attack systems that have been proven or demonstrated for military use. The second covers COTS modular enablers and building blocks, including open software-defined architectures, high-performance RF components, and innovative commercial technologies such as RFSoC, high-speed analog-to-digital converters, and edge compute chips. These technologies should support receive, process, and transmit capabilities across a variety of active and passive military scenarios.
