The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineering and Support Center Huntsville (HNC) is conducting Market Research by issuing this Request for Information (RFI) for a tentative requirement to purchase web-based Physician Sign-out Program managed by “WardManager Software License” at the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital (FBCH) located in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. See the attached Scope Statement dated 20 August 2021. The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. This RFI is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of USACE Huntsville Center's market research. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ. Responses to this RFI are not quotes on which USACE Huntsville Center can issue any schedule orders. This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not in itself constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Interested vendors should provide a statement of interest for all items on the scope statement that includes the estimated lead time, business size classification and any suggested components that may be necessary for the complete solution. This is a Request for Information only. An official Request for Quotation will be forthcoming based on the response received from industry.
