This modification supports the installation of an Interim Holding Facility (IHF) at a specified site on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in Ocean County, New Jersey. The work involves site preparation, facility installation in compliance with specific regulations, and providing security fencing with 24/7 guard service. The facility will secure a suspected chemical warfare projectile until its destruction. The contractor may also use the IHF for other suspected munitions found during ongoing surface clearance work.
