This requirement is to provide 120 days of Corrective and Preventative Maintenance for the NAVFAC Southwest SCADA system which consists of 31 application servers and 30 workstations/laptops all operating on a Schneider Electric OASyS DNA v7.7 SCADA software system. All computer hardware servers, network switches, etc. are industry standards such as Hewlett Packard, DELL, CISCO, etc. The only proprietary component in the system is the OASyS v7.7 Software which is existing and has been in use for the past 5 years requiring strict technical support and maintenance. This software, which is like the Windows operating system, functions on any hardware platform and is in use across numerous major electrical utilities, and military installations worldwide. There are numerous consultants, contractors, system integrators and subcontractors that support these products Globally.
