The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Huntsville Center (HNC), intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price contract for energy management services to be performed under the Utility Energy Services Contract (UESC). The work to be performed under the contract will be performed at the following location: 63rd United States Army Reserves Readiness Division (USARRD). The period of performance for this contract will not exceed 25 years. The work shall consist of the following: The USACE requires energy management services for the USARRD under a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) UESC. The purpose of this acquisition is to award energy management services to support the Army Reserves’ operations. This announcement constitutes the only public notice, proposals are not being requested from other parties, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This public notice accomplishes the following: Notice of USACE's intent to sole-source award of this requirement to the business listed herein; Synopsizing the requirements in accordance with the FAR; and Publicly posting the approved Justification and Approval (J&A) Amendment.
