The TPSS II MATOC provides technical and programmatic support to CEHNC Centers of Expertise for Cybersecurity, Electronic Security Systems, and Utility Monitoring and Control Systems for low-voltage and facility related control systems (FRCS) where plans exist, and Architect-Engineer services are not required. Work under this MATOC may include review and execution of cybersecurity commissioning plans, adjustment, calibration, and/or restoration of existing equipment that is under-performing or failing to perform as originally intended, system monitoring and operation, on-site equipment data collection and compilation, security assessments, technical reviews, and develop budgetary rough orders of magnitude for the identified centers of expertise. The contract covers facility systems requirements for a variety of customers including Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Health Agency (DHA), and Missile Defense Agency (MDA) at sites throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) as well as Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) locations.
