This is a modification to the contract, W912DY-20-P-0058, that was for the purchase of JCI System Remediation Support Services. During the execution of this contract, the contractor encountered unanticipated complications with remediation. After correcting the initial security findings; the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Infant Protection System, and the Nurse Call System continued to have functionality issues which required more effort to configure. This has caused the need for more effort to complete remediation of the Electronic Security System (ESS) and Building Control Management System (BCMS).
