In support of the Presidential National Emergency Declaration Concerning the Novel Coronavirus Disease, dated 13 March 2020, and the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) declaration of a public health emergency, dated 31 January 2020, approval has been made to increase capacity of four Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) for construction of Alternate Care Facilities in Support of Northwestern Division (NWD), United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying areas primarily for the Novel Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) outbreak.
