The purpose of this notice is to post the Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.3. OUSD(I&S) has a continuing need for technical, administrative and professional support services provided under contract number HQ003420C0112 Galapagos Federal System LLC. The current contracts expired July 13, 2025, and the Government intends to extend the current task order period of performance (POP) for continuity of services. The Government has established a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and two Call Order awards to support this effort. On March 6, 2025, a bid protest was filed against the two BPA Call Order awards. Therefore, an extension will be required to continue services while the Government completes the procurement process. The extensions will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract type, with a total value of $87.955.02 using Fiscal Year 25 Operation and Maintenance Funds. The POP will be extended from July 14, 2025, to September 13, 2025.
