This maintenance and repair project will replace all of the outdated Mechanical and Refrigeration equipment and systems including the refrigeration system, refrigeration display cases, Refrigeration M... This maintenance and repair project will replace all of the outdated Mechanical and Refrigeration equipment and systems including the refrigeration system, refrigeration display cases, Refrigeration Monitoring and Control System (RMCS), compressor racks, Condensing units, Unit coolers located in the walk-in freezers and coolers, and all associated refrigerant piping. Replace outdated Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment, including air handlers, chillers, condensing units, dehumidification units, and controls, as needed. Tentative dates Issuing invitations: January 2, 2024 Opening bids: February 3, 2024 Completing contract performance: April 26, 2026 Plans will be available for inspection without charge in SAM. Date by which requests for the invitation for bids should be submitted to be addressed in solicitation. There are no charges or fees for solicitation documents.
