Only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. This is not a formal solicitation or request for proposal. The Government intends to make a sole source award to L3Harris Technologies, Inc., Unique Entity ID QM4EZDV15JL8. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541511. The size standard is $34,000,000.00. L3Harris Technologies, Inc. will provide the Government with Flitescene(R) digital map software; liceneses and upgrades; maintenance agreements; software support and releases; engineering services; materials; and travel. The Flitescene(R) digital map is currently integrated into the US Army's aircraft platforms and their variants. Flitescene(R) is the registered trademark and intellectual property of L3Harris Technologies, Inc. Reconfiguration of the software is required to ensure successful operation and interaction with the various aircraft operating systems. L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is the only source that can meet this Government requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government. This is not a request for proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. This notice is not a commitment from the Government. The Government will not reimburse any bid, proposal, or quote costs as a result of this notice.
