This is not for bids but to find possible vendors. If you are interested, please add your company to the Interested Vendor List. 5.0 REQUIREMENTS: 5.1. The contractor shall provide training on the operations and maintenance for the 210 Tube Benders. 5.2 The 210 Tube Bender training, primary student learning objective shall be to learn the maintenance and operations for the precision bending applications on the 210 Tube Benders. 5.2.1 The Tube Benders training shall include the following terminal learning objectives, at minimum. More objectives may be added as appropriate. 5.2.2 An Tube Bender student learning objective shall be: The student will be able to effectively be able to use the programmable digital controllers for specific designs for bending and will be logically laid out for the proper bending sequencing. 5.2.3 An Tube Bender student learning objective shall include; the basic operations, maintenance, programing, and how to properly maintain to equipment. 5.2.4. An Tube Bender student stall upon completion to able to complete line of tube/pipe bending for application requiring precision bending an/or small centerline radii. 5.3 The contractor shall provide the training within 90 days of the date requested. 5.4 The course shall be no more than 32 hours in length. 5.5 The course shall be held onsite. 5.6 The course shall consist, at minimum, of lectures, demonstrations, and practical exercises. 5.7 The contractor shall conduct the training for up to 5 persons. 5.8 The contractor shall provide all materials necessary to conduct trainings. 5.9 The contractor shall conduct a 20 question written pre-test for Tube Benders. The pre-test results shall be given to the Course Manager. 5.10 The contractor shall conduct a 20 question written post-test for Tube Benders. The post-test results shall be given to the Course Manager. 5.11 The contractor shall provide a certificate of completion. The certificate of completion shall be given to the student upon successful completion of the trainings. 5.12 The certificate of completion shall, at minimum, consist of course title, course number if applicable, course hours, student name, instructor name, course manager name. 5.13 The instructor shall provide written end of course survey regarding individual student performance and engagement, upon conclusion the training course. The end of course survey shall be given to the Course Manager.
