If interested, add your company to Interested Vendors List. 5.0 REQUIREMENTS: 5.1 The contractor shall provide Virtual Interactive Environment 3D Simulation Software and hardware. 5.2 The 3D Simulation software applications shall be developed for each of the following rotary wing aircraft components: T55-GA-714A Aircraft Gas Turbine Engine; T-62T-2B Gas Turbine Engine Auxiliary Power Unit; 70351-48100-042 UH-60L Main Transmission; 7-311310001-053 AH-64 Main Transmission; 145D6300-14 CH-47 Engine Transmission, 145D1300-9 CH-47 Forward Transmission, 145D5300-20 CH-47 Combiner Transmission, 145D2300-7 CH-47 Aft Transmission. 5.3 The contractor shall provide four (4) VIE workstations loaded with 3D Simulation Software. 5.4 The contractor shall provide all developed software on computer disks that can be used to upload 3D Simulation Software to additional VIE workstations. 5.5 The contractor shall install and validate equipment is fully operational at the Corpus Christi Army Depot 5.6 The contractor shall provide training on the operation and functionality of the equipment and software at the Corpus Christi Army Depot. 5.7 The contractor shall provide digital and hardcopy operating instructions. 5.8 The software shall include the following functionality: Free Play, Theory of Operation, and Removal & Install Procedures 5.9 The Free Play function shall include, but is not limited to, the following capabilities: Multiple camera views, draw function, procedural steps, 2D files for viewing liquid, electric, and air flows as applicable, slice, isolate, remove (pull-apart), reinstall, remove, x-ray, model pan, model rotate, home, lock, and folder for selecting Theory of Operation and/or Removal & Install Procedures. 5.10 The Theory of Operation function shall include, but is not limited to, the breakdown of major modules and components, and systems flows. 5.11 The Removal and Install Procedures shall include, but are not limited to, components and assemblies
