This is a clarification to the previous Sources Sought posting that amends section 2.0, paragraph 5 of the attached document as follows (revised areas bolded): "The primary performance objectives of this contract are to provide meeting, scientific, and administrative support services, to encompass providing program vision setting and stakeholder meeting support, scientific programmatic review meeting support with customer owned, customer operated voting system, conduct pre-application screening, and provide publicity services. To support the tasks required, the interested party shall have an experienced and cohesive team of scientific, technical, and administrative personnel who can demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the requirements to provide meeting, scientific, and administrative support, produce acceptable deliverables within the required timelines while meeting cost, schedule and performance requirements." If you have responded to this Sources Sought posting previously, there is no need to respond to this clarification unless it effects your capabilities as previously stated. New submissions are welcome. The original description appears below: The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity, in collaboration with the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP), requests information on specific capabilities to support the requirement for Meeting, Scientific, and Administrative Support Services for an intermittent period of 6 months, beginning 01 August 2022, while the follow-on contract is being competed. Programmatic Review support services are required for up to 36 research programs.
