Note - We have responded to all questions received as of 7/30. We are unable to entertain any further. Please see the new deadline for responses. The Patient Administration Division, Healthcare Operations of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) has a requirement for digitization and destruction of medical records for the Department of Defense (DOD) military treatment facilities (MTFs) located worldwide. The DOD is committed to providing quality healthcare services and requires digitization of approximately 7.2 million records. This requirement is mandated by the Office of Management and Budget memorandum on the requirement to transition to electronic records dated June 28, 2019. This directive requires a digitization solution be identified to transition our historical paper based medical records documentation into scanned images housed on a secure government imaging solution.
