The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, testing, plan, design, and management to install reliable and functional radon mitigation system for 12 housing unit. Work includes but is not limited to pre-installation inspection, gathering of relevant site data, and review of existing drawings and radon sampling data. Determine size, location, and configuration of radon mitigation systems to continuously maintain radon levels under 4 picocuries per liter (pCi/L) for the housing unit. All work shall be certified under supervision of NEHA NRPP (National Environmental Health Association National Radon Proficiency Program) and the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists. Contractor shall provide proof of Radon Mitigation experience, certifications, or training at the time of bidding to include radon measurement or radon mitigation trainings with minimum of 2 years’ experience. The solicitation is currently expected to have proposals due 15 days after initial posting. Please respond to this Sources Sought if your company is considering responding to the solicitation.
