The 76th CMXG Maintenance Group seeks AMT equipment maintenance under a base year plus two option years. The contractor must provide an AMT HyperCare Maintenance Agreement for the SF100 unit covering help desk support, unlimited service visits and parts replacement for machine errors, ancillary systems, and one annual on-site preventive maintenance visit including carbon filter replacement. The contractor must provide the annual PM schedule to the Government Point of Contact within 10 business days after contract award and notify the GPOC at least 7 business days before the scheduled PM visit. A one-time PM reinstatement kit is required in the base year only to bring the out-of-warranty SF100 equipment onto the HyperCare agreement, and all work, parts, and OEM components must conform to manufacturer specifications and the SOW.
