The 76 CMXG is seeking an upgraded X-ray controller and automated equipment system that is an approved equivalent to the X-Ray Apparatus Set under Air Force T.O. 33B-1-2. The system must include new servo motors, drives, operator control interfaces, manual controls, and programmable motion-control software based on Parker Motion Systems libraries, with automatic inspection positioning and digital image capture/save. It must integrate with the existing Vecow PC and cmTent imaging software. The contractor must provide onsite installation, removal/disposal of existing equipment, up to two days onsite for installation/testing/debugging/system acceptance, and at least 4 hours of operator and maintenance training. Three complete sets of engineering manuals with drawings, schematics, and troubleshooting guides are also required.
