The U.S. Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of producing or repairing the C26-109E Linear Power RF Amplifier for the U.S. Air Force. The requirement is for one bench-top or rack-mountable amplifier that can receive a 100-milliwatt signal and amplify it to approximately 150-160 Watts for testing aircraft transmit diplexer circuitry. Key technical specifications include a frequency range of 250 MHz to at least 450 MHz, a minimum gain of 52dB, and the ability to output at least 160W for one hour.
