The Air Force intends to solicit the following a Preventative Maintenance and Remedial Maintenance on 300T Stretch Press SN:202190-MPST-R-300. The objective of PM is to protect the equipment capability and investment by removing causes of failure, performing routine maintenance, and providing adjustment to compensate for normal wear before failure occurs. The Contractor shall evaluate the health of the test system and if an issue is found shall conduct further diagnostics and repair activities, in accordance with sections 1.4 to 1.13 of this PWS, should the 300T Stretch Press not be performing per OEM specification. The Contractor shall perform all PM’s IAW the OEM specifications. The Contractor shall perform (2) two PMs per year on the item listed in Appendix A. The Contractor shall provide a copy of the PM schedule to the GPOC (Government Point of Contact) within ten (10) business days after contract award. The Contractor shall notify the GPOC seven (7) business days prior to each scheduled PM visit. Upon completion of each PM visit the Contractor shall conduct an operational check demonstrating to the SME that the work has been completed and the machine is fully operational. Once the PM visit is completed the Contractor shall provide a statement of any errors found during the PM. This statement shall be provided to the GPOC and SME within ten (10) business days after operation check has been completed. The PM shall include the following: 3 Day Onsite Visits with 6 months frequency ? Preventative maintenance as defined in manuals supplied by customer. ? Detailed equipment evaluation and machine operation assessment ? Inspection of machine alignment, accuracy, and repeatability ? Inspection of hydraulic, electrical and feedback systems ? Spare parts inventory review ? Visits shall include a detailed findings report based on SOW. ? Component replacement recommendation list shall be provided as required.
