THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. NO QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS POSTED. The Air Force intends to solicit the following supply Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the brand name Frozen Prepreg Hexcel Materials. The requested item descriptions/specifications are outlined below: Item Number 1: (P/N: L6177) 7781 38" F155-5:38% Specification: BMS 8-79/Rev AE (4-8-05)/Cl III/Sty 7781 Estimated yearly quantity: 2500 yards. Item Number 2: (P/N: L5160) 120 38" F155-5:45% Specification: BMS 8-79/Rev AE (4-8-05)/Cl III/Sty 120 Estimated yearly quantity: 2600 yards. Item Number 3: (P/N: L6150) 1582 38" F155-5:38% Specification: BMS 8-79/Rev AE (4-8-05)/Cl III/Sty 1582 Estimated yearly quantity: 5000 yards. Item Number 4: (P/N: L5161) 1543 38" F155-5:37% Specification: BMS 8-79/Rev AE (4-8-05)/Cl III/Sty 1543 Estimated yearly quantity: 1500 yards. Item Number 5: 7781 GL/3501-5A; 36%; 301AW;50" per specification LBO130-134 Estimated yearly quantity: 2000 yards. Item Number 6: Dry Ice & Monitoring All material to be shipped frozen below 0 degrees Fahrenheit with dry ice and 2 temperature logging monitor devices per box. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Analysis supplied to BMS8-79/Rev AE line item for every batch or LBO130-134 line item for every batch and provide report for every shipment. All shipments must include product shelf life, date of shipment & date of manufacture information. All products shall have 85% shelf-life remaining upon arrival at Tinker AFB. Lesser Shelf life can only be approved upon request. A firm-fixed price type contract is contemplated. Estimated Period of Performance: Five (5) year ordering period. This is a small business set-aside. NAICS – 325520; Size Standard – 500 employees System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award.
