At a minimum, privileges shall be configured for user and administrative accounts. Use accounts shall be able to perform all machine functions without use of Windows administrative privileges. Anti-Virus Software. The controllers shall be compatible with McAfee ENS 10.7.X or later. Universal Serial Bus (USB) Communications. All internal and external USB communications used on the equipment shall be clearly documented and described within the contractor provided technical data. All external USB ports that are accessible to the user shall be configured to use administrative access controls and capable of being physically disconnected or rendered inoperable by non-permanent means. Data Access Protocols. A complete list of all TCP/UDP ports and protocols used by the machine for both internal and external communications shall be clearly described as an appendix to the technical data. OPC-UA interface. Tooling. Toolsets to include bend dies (BD), clamp dies (CD), pressure dies (PD), collets, plug mandrel for toolset 4, wiper dies, be made of 4140 material and require quantity of two (2) each toolset, one per left hand/right hand rotations.
