The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements for the Chemical Paint Stripper, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The Government requires a three year (Three Year Base Ordering Period) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract. In order to meet the Government's Qualified Products listing the chemical paint stripper must be in accordance with one of the following brand names stated below : QUALIFIED PRODUCT LIST 1. B&B 9095N 2. PS-3010 (Pending Engineering Certification) 3. Cee-Bee E-3000M (Pending Engineering Certification) 4. AS 5050 5. B&B 5095 (Pending Engineering Certification) 6. HYBRID-STRIP (Pending Engineering Certification) In addition the following capabilities must be able to be met. *Product must arrive on location within 45 ARO and with a minimum manufacturer’s shelf life of 85%. *Shipments will be of 250 to 350 gallon totes (Orders will be placed in gallons to reflect size of tote) of chemical paint remover. *Each shipment must be shipped with a current Safety Data Sheet Contract Quantities *Initial Minimum order: 3500 gallons *Average Monthly usage: 3500 gallons *Maximum Contract quantity: 259,500 gallons
