The Government is conducting market research to identify, as potential sources and subcontracting opportunities, firms that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to competently and competitively respond to all requirements to conduct the retrofit installation of an ARC-210 Gen 6 radio suite on 165 total USAF C-130J Aircraft.
