This is a Request for Information from the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force, International Affairs (SAF/IA), for professional digital media services. The contractor will develop a concise, visually compelling training and communication video explaining the Department of the Air Force’s Burden Sharing initiative. The video should illustrate how allied and partner cooperation enhances collective security, strengthens partner capabilities, supports defense industrial bases, and improves U.S. strategic flexibility. The government is seeking industry input on capabilities, relevant experience, recommended acquisition approaches, and overall ability to perform similar work, for market research and acquisition planning only.
