The Department of the Air Force is conducting market research for a complete chilled water system replacement at a 24/7 operations facility at a Federal Installation in Colorado. The project requires a contractor to provide all tools, equipment, materials, and certified labor to replace the degraded system with zero downtime to the active server room. The new system must be standardized on Trane-series equipment, fit within specific physical constraints including a concrete pad size of 19’11” x 12’8” and a wet weight limit of 12,000 lbs, and integrate with the base-wide Energy Management Control System. All personnel must pass NCIC background checks and comply with strict security protocols. Responses are due by 22 July 2026.
