DLA Troop Support Philadelphia Operational Rations Program Office is seeking industry feedback for market research on Unitized Group Rations (UGR) Boil-in-Bag Whole Egg Mix (NSN 8910-01-738-3699), used in UGR Heat and Serve and UGR-M programs. The office is especially interested in suppliers’ ability to surge and sustain increased quantities and/or accelerated delivery for DoD contingencies and emergency peacetime requirements. This is not a solicitation, no solicitation is currently available, and the government will not pay for information or commit to future business. Vendors are asked to provide company/contact details, business size under NAICS 311999, relevant production/packaging experience, materials comparison to PCR-E-020, storage/delivery capabilities, interest in a 5-year firm-fixed-price contract with Economic Price Adjustment, and interest in submitting a competitive proposal.
