THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This Sources Sought is to determine the availability of businesses to include small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services. This Request for Information (RFI) Sources Sought does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This Sources Sought does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Air Force is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. The 60th Contracting squadron is conducting market research to identify potential sources that can provide blood testing services and products to David Grant Medical Center. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to fulfill the requirement listed in the Statement of Work at Travis Air Force Base, CA.
