This is a sources sought announcement seeking responses to determine interested parties for participation in the acquisition. We plan to establish a firm-fixed price contract to provide all non-personal services, to include labor, equipment, materials and related items necessary to provide at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. Ensure to review all attached documents Ambulance Light Retrofit 1. The contractor is to perform the following work on 3 ambulances which belong to 23 MDG: a. Remove existing strobe warning lights b. All lights installed must be LED type lights. Check wiring to ensure it is in good shape and safe i. Fusion Double Surface Mount 180° (Red) - 2 on the front cab and 1 on each side of cab; totaling a quantity of 4 ii. Wide-Lux 9”x7”, Red - 2 on front and 2 on each side of box iii. Wide-Lux 9”x7”, White - 1 on front center and 2 on each side of box; totaling a quantity of 3 iv. Wide-Lux 7”x3”, Red - 2 on rear of box v. Wide-Lux 7”x3”, White - 2 on rear of box vi. Wide-Lux 7”x3”, Amber - 1 on rear of box c. Back up camera installation (all associated equipment will be provided by the customer) 2. The ambulances will be driven by 23 MDG staff to and from the awarded contracting company to perform the work incrementally. a. Only one ambulance will be sent at a time because two trucks must remain operational at all times. 3. The retrofit will be performed on the following vehicles: a. MED 1 - 08B01247 b. MED 6 - 08B00802 c. MED 7 - 09B02459 Ambulance Decal Removal/Replacement 1. The contractor is to perform the following work on 3 ambulances which belong to 23 MDG: a. Removal of all decal graphics on ambulance. I.e. Symbols, words, numbers, and orange stripes. See photos attached. b. Replacement/Install of all graphics removed from ambulance trucks with reflective decals. 2. The ambulances will be driven by 23 MDG staff to and from the awarded contracting company to perform the work incrementally. a. Only one ambulance will be sent at a time because two trucks must remain operational at all times. 3. The retrofit will be performed on the following vehicles: a. MED 1 - 08B01247 b. MED 6 - 08B00802 c. MED 7 - 09B02459
