All other CLIN Items on the solicitation will remain the same. Please review and send a quote as necessary. The solicitation is for brand name only. No other like item will be accepted. Please see approved Brand Name Justification attached at the botom of this solicitation. Attached below is the combo for specific line items, provisions/clauses, and date of expiration. Provide warranty and delivery date information. Specific delivery date to be coordinated with customer as necessary. Submit quote for individual line items. This solicitation is for all or none. All quotes will be evaluated and the requirement will be awarded soley based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Shipping shall either be included in the unit price or included as a separate line item.All quotes shall be FOB destination. Include all discounts that may apply.
