Alternate color will be reviewed but may be determined to be unacceptable if not the same as or similar to the color black. Oil treated, stock steel of commercial grade quality with 10 year warranty, core material: cold rolled steel, all finishes electro-static finish. Steel panels joined with rivets allowing individual components to be replaced. Steel thickness at least 18-16 gauge. 1. 28 wardrobes – 2 Door Wardrobe, Metal wardrobe with fixed shelf and coat hooks, clothes rod mounted below fixed shelf and pad/combination lock capability for required security of residents– color black. Dimensions- 42" W x 24" D x 78" H. Must be 42” in width, no allowable variance in measurements. 2. 28 five drawer chest – 5 Drawer Chest metal, 5 drawer chest with pad/combination lock capability for required security of residents – color black Dimensions- 32” W x 24”D x 43” H. The allowable variance for measurements is (+/- 3 inches). 3. 28 desks – Right handed metal pedestal desk – color black Dimensions- 42" W x 24” D x 30” H. The allowable variance for measurements is (+/- 3 inches). 4. 28 leg base chairs - Metal leg base chair color black with plain black fabric. Dimensions- 23” W X 25 1/2” D X 32” H, The allowable variance for measurements is (+/- 3 inches). 5. 28 Twin beds – Twin XL Bunk-able Beds Metal bunk able with steel deck, adjustable bed ends. Dimensions- 81 7/16” W x 41” D x 34 1/2” H. The allowable variance for measurements is (+/- 3 inches). 6. 28 Nightstands – three Drawer Nightstands Metal 3 drawer nightstand – color black. Dimensions- 20” W x 20” D x 25” H. The allowable variance for measurements is (+/- 3 inches). 7. 56 Two drawer chest (two per bed) Metal 2 drawer chest – color black Note: (2) two drawer chests shall be placed under each bed in every room; therefore, length and height must not exceed room allowable under each bed. Dimensions- 34" W x 24" D x 18" H. Must be able to fit under bunk. The allowable variance for measurements is (+/- 3 inches). 8. 28 Twin XL Mattresses – Winston-Salem Industries for the Blind 28111426 Federal Source – Twin mattresses, XL nylon with 1”foam with bacterial cover. Dimensions– 38” x 80” X 9” Must Fit Twin Bunk 9. Delivery and Installation Delivery and Installation of new furniture. The period of completion: Location: MCRD Parris Island, SC 29905 Building 145 (13 rooms) + Building 146 (1 rooms) = 14 total rooms
