The AFCSCO is seeking information for potential sources to provide 24x7 near real time performance monitoring data and bandwidth utilization assessments Radio Frequency (RF) monitoring services on DoD-contracted COMSATCOM RF links (carriers), networks, and bandwidth segments through the use of a commercially available tool. The requirement is to monitor the utilization of DoD operated satellite terminals over COMSATCOM bandwidth services that have been contracted for use by AFSPC CSCO.
