The 178th Wing Contracting Office at Springfield ANGB will be issuing a Solicitation for Project No: BVGM232001; Repair Bldg. 9 at Blue Ash ANGB. The project consists of repairing and replacing roof, gutters, soffit, downspouts windows, siding, and doors. Building 9 has active water leaks in roofing, and water damage to interior of building as a result. The renovations will allow for the safe use of the facilities and prevent further degradation of the building due to existing water damage and active water leaks. The construction/contract duration is 120 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed to include inspection and punch list, which provides adequate time to accomplish construction. This project will be solicited as a competitive Small Business Set-aside. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $45,000,000 average annual revenue for the previous three (3) years. The magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. All dates and times will be identified in the solicitation for site visit and bid opening once posted. Interested offerors must be registered in SAM.
