The Defense Threat Reduction Agency, through its Biological Threat Reduction Program (BTRP), is seeking eligible performers to provide sustainment services and training for biosafety and biosecurity (BS&S) and biosurveillance (BSV) activities with BTRP partners across the Eurasian Area of Responsibility (AOR) including, but not limited to: Former Soviet Union (FSU) states Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
