The acquisition is for Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) consisting of Post-Deployment Software Support for applications within the Manpower Information Portal (MIP) system, database administration and maintenance support, IT Service Management (ITSM) support, Cyber Security and Information Assurance (IA) support, new application development, help desk support, web design support, and Artificial Intelligence (IA) support. Continued performacne of these services is required in order to perform U.S.C. Title 10 mission. This requirement supports 56 different applications within the MIP system.
