The Contractor shall respond to routine and emergency calls to provide portable latrines, pump and clean oil/water separators and grease traps at F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming and at its associated MAF’s and LFs if/when START treaty inspection(s) are declared. The Contractor shall perform to the standards herein and concurrently comply with all City, County, State, and Federal rules, and regulations regarding this service. The Government Purchase Card (GPC) program shall be used to pay for BPA services.
