Q & A: 1. What is the required response time to address the specific task? 24hrs, 48hrs? ANSWER: 24 hour response time is preferred. 2. In general, will calls be issued with multiple tasks to be completed in one trip? Or should we expect one trip for one task? i.e. will call be issued for 2 toilets, 3 faucets, 2 shower heads? Or will calls be issued for 1 shower head replacement? ANSWER: If multiple tasks can be submitted and completed in one trip, it is preferred, but there may be occasions where only one task is requested. NOTE: Please refer to REVISED RFQ for CLIN changes for additional tasks. Please utilize the REVISED RFQ for this requirement.
