(Updated Extension on 3/14/2019) Update Changes to this RFI: The total production quantity will be up to 15,000 (estimate) BLU-136/B warheads. The Government plans to award to two (2) or more contractors for this BLU-136/B requirement. All previous respondents to this RFI shall submit an updated response to the two question below based off the updated changes to the RFI. Respond to the Primary Point of Contact listed above in RFI: J. Identify the minimum quantity of BLU-136/B's necessary for your company to sustain stable annual production throughput. Also identify your best economic order quantity. Provide estimated aveage yearly production rate and estimated maximum yearly production rate. K. Identify a proposed production schedule (Microsoft Project) of quantity bands with associated production cost, including per warhead case cost. Identify bracket pricing breaks, if any, (e.g. 25-50 cost x, ordering 100 results in cost y) or pricing curve over a contract period of performance. For all new respondents to this RFI they shall submit a full response demonstrating their capability to provide these items/perform this effort to the Primary Point of Contact listed above. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 21 March 2019 15:00 P.M. (CST).
