Contractors to provide all materials and services necessary to remove, transport, repair, re-install, and test the three pumps and motors that support the building 430 and building 433 cold water distribution system. The pumps and motors are in rapidly degrading condition, with seals leaking and excess vibration. The Contractor will be responsible for repairing/rebuilding the pumps/motors with motor bearings, mechanical seals, head shafts, top shafts, bowl shafts, bushings, and couplings. The contractor will also be responsible for all ancillary work necessary to remove, transport, re-install, and test pumps for proper operation.
