All billing weights will based on the QRP's certified base scales weight tickets. Payment must be made within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of the invoice. Check will be made payable to the U.S. Treasury and FEDEX/UPS to the address listed in the bid submission form or hand delivered to the NREAO Office in Bldg. 601.
