BATDOK Family of Systems (FoS)
The Defense Health Agency’s JOMIS PMO is conducting market research via an RFI for operations and sustainment of the BATDOK family of systems, with the anticipated period of performance beginning 1 October 2027. The BATDOK FoS includes BATDOK-J, an Android/iOS point-of-injury casualty documentation app; BATDOK Link, a Windows plug-in for data transfer into MHS GENESIS Theater or OMDS; and BAT-TAK, an ATAK Android plug-in. The RFI seeks potential sources, including small businesses, with demonstrated DoW experience developing, sustaining, and integrating tactical mobile applications on Android and iOS plus associated ATAK and Windows plug-ins. It also seeks industry input on technical approaches, best practices, and innovations for achieving draft PWS outcomes and to inform acquisition strategy, including contract vehicle, contract type, small-business set-aside determination, and performance measures. This is solely an information/planning RFI, not an RFP/RFQ, and does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract.
