This will be a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract set aside 100% for small business concerns under NAICS code 561621 with a standard size of $25 million. The Government intends to award this firm fixed-price contract as Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) without discussions. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in its best interest. Therefore, the initial quote submitted should contain the best and final offer. Questions shall be provided in writing via e-mail to Contract Specialist, Jolene A. Granger at jolene.a.granger.civ@army.mil and Contracting Officer, Erin S. Duncan at erin.s.duncan2.civ@army.mil.
